  • We currently accept BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Tricare West.

    Please note that we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace plans, My Blue Health, Aetna CVS Health, or certain other plan types.

    If your insurance is not accepted, you will be considered self-pay or may be ineligible for services, as we are unable to provide care outside of our network.

    To ensure eligibility, all patients are responsible for confirming our in-network status with their insurance carrier prior to changing their plan.
